Verena is a sophomore staff writer in her second year of Spyglass. She loves eating chocolate cake on Friday nights, writing poems at 2:48 am, and surrounding herself with people who make her feel like home. She is an effulgent dreamer and an indecisive thinker. Her favorite quote currently is, "We accept the love we think we deserve," by Stephen Chbosky, The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
