But Ms. Cutler’s outfits aren’t just fashion statements—they’re entire stories, from fancy French fashion to country cowgirl couture. So, for one week, Spyglass followed fashion connoisseur Ms. Cutler across the world with her unique wardrobe wonders, 50% runway and 50% road trip, but 100% iconic.
