Per a recent study, students are out of dress code over 78% of the time on uniform days, increasing by over 20% from the last time we measured in December 2023.

To combat this, I propose that more fun, Westridge-themed merch be put in the dress code, as the only Westridge merch available currently is either monochrome Forest Green or produced by our own yearbook elective.

To help center school spirit and commitment, wear this gorgeous Comic Sans-approved shirt to let other students know: I want to be here. I want to be on Frosh-Soph volleyball as a sophomore. I choose to smell the Commons smell daily.

Use this beautiful shirt to reflect your belief that all tigers are progressive tigers…and to defend your last three Honor Council sessions for academic dishonesty. But let’s be real, this is what the Westridge spirit is all about: working your magic to get those extensions.

3. Tiger Pride

How do you combine school spirit and the ever growing need for LGBTQ+ pride? Wear it on your shirt! This exclusive pride-filled addition to the uniform will only be sold in-person during the month of June (and only during the weeks when you are out of town). 

4. Artificial Intelligence Tiger Superiority

To celebrate the new enforcement of the dress code and the addition of AI tiger mascots sporting the classic Westridge khaki, we must produce apparel to match. Quick—scrap all of the in-the-works designs using our new alum-designed mascot! With an increasing emphasis that AI is the future, it only makes sense that we help model it in our humble khaki.
